On the official X account of the anime adaptation of “A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!” (jap.: “Youkai Gakkou no Sensei Hajimemashita!”), new details about the TV premiere of the upcoming series in Japan were announced today. We summarize below.
Anime receives two courses
The comedy anime “A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School!” will therefore be shown in two consecutive courses on Japanese television from October 8, 2024. The broadcast will therefore take place over a period of around six months, although the number of episodes is not yet known. A simulcast announcement is also still pending.
Studio Satelight is responsible for the production of the anime adaptation, with Katsumi Ono (“Symphogear GX”) taking on the position of director. Hitomi Mieno (“The Detective Is Already Dead”) is writing the screenplay and Natsuki is designing the characters.
The original manga series of the same name, written by Mai Tanaka, has been published in “GFantasy” magazine in Japan since November 2014 and is available in English translation through Yen Press.
